Jiaxing Shangpin Metal Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2008 with a registered capital of 15 million RMB. It is specialized in development, research, production and sales of hardware and sofa bed. The company covers an area of 60, 000 square meters and has over 300 employees. Our main products include sofa bed mechanism, metal seatbox, hardware furniture and folding bed which export to foreign countries. Now our monthly output is 20, 000 sofa bed, 500, 000 hardware, 300, 000 metal seatbox and 5, 000 sofas and folding beds, with annual sales 300 million RMB.
We have perfect management and operation system, all kinds of facilities, advanced technologies inland and abroad, which make the products develop mature rapidly. We set up Vietnam sub-factories in 2018. Now Shangpin has 6 cutting machines, 2 automatic cutting machines, 2 laser cutting machines, 8 bending equipment, 48 presses of various tonnages, 16 welding robots, one painting line and one electrophoresis line.
We have established RD and quality control center, introduced full set of advanced testing equipment and cautious on every step, this prompted us to let everyone participates and responsible for different levels and build a scientific governance structure. Meanwhile, the factories in China and Vietnam can complement each other to meet different needs of customers around the world.
We have obtained over 10 utility patents, many product copyrights, also honored as the world′s best supplier by Ashley and Wanek Company for two consecutive years.
